Each key is attached to a keychain with a unique RFID proximity identifier. Keys are stored in pockets with a mechanical lock and can only be retrieved by authorized users using a proximity card and/or PIN code. Permissions control which keys can be accessed and keys are categorized as "internal" or "external".
The system offers an "office mode", allowing keys to be freely borrowed and returned without user identification. Keys can be reserved, and borrowing time limits can be set. An emergency opening panel allows manual unlocking.
